Delivery Options:  Local Pick-up and delivery by courier options are available over the metro Charlotte, NC area. Pick-up location will be arranged once your order is complete!

Delivery/ Pick-up Days: Delivery Days are Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week. Order by Monday at 12pm for pickup or delivery on Tuesday and Wednesday at 12pm for Thursday Delivery or pickup.

Same Day or Weekend Delivery: Need same day or weekend delivery? Please email us at info@hautelafleurdesigns.com and we will accommodate as available. 

Custom Arrangement Payment and Important Info: Exotic flowers may have extended delivery times and additional fees associated.  This will be communicated via email and an invoice will be sent via PayPal with final cost and delivery fees as applicable. Full Payment is due within upon receipt.
